Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at joemamacoffeeco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the product if applicable.

Non-food items such as mugs, glassware, apparel, or accessories may be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
